## Job description
- 全面负责四级机构整体运营、经营管理及团队建设，落实上级各项工作部署与经营目标。
- 统筹机构合规风控、行政人事、日常管理工作，规范业务流程，提升运营效能。
- 严守监管及公司制度，排查经营风险，防范合规及舆情问题。
- 负责团队管理、培训考核与梯队建设，打造高效稳定团队。
- 对接上级部门，统筹本地资源维护、品牌建设工作。
- 处置客户投诉及突发事项，保障机构平稳运营，完成上级交办任务。
- 大专及以上学历；
- 职业稳定性较好，人事档案、劳动关系清楚，无潜在法律合规风险。
- 不存在影响招录的其他情况。
