## Job description
- 根据监管及公司要求，对互联网业务的合规性、适配性等进行审核；
- 保持与总公司的有效沟通，落实总部相关的管理制度和政策要求；
- 对在运营的项目进行定期数据回溯和分析，持续迭代产品及服务；
- 配合机构进行市场展业，提供相关产品和落地建议及业务解决方案；
- 其他工作相关的业务报告、PPT制作等。
- 大学本科及以上学历，5年以上保险公司工作经历；
- 有核保经验、渠道运营经验，熟悉互联网主要非车险产品和业务模式者优先；
- 有沟通能力，可以配合协调相关部门共同完成各类项目性工作；
- 善于深度思考，具有一定数据分析能力和报告撰写能力；
- 工作中以结果为导向，目标感强，有较好的承压能力和工作主动性。
