## Job description
- 负责权限范围内意健险和车险人伤案件的查勘、医疗跟踪、医疗审核工作；
- 与被保险人、伤者、医生积极沟通和调解，跟进伤者治疗方案；
- 参与伤残鉴定；
- 处理人伤诉讼案件；
- 保持与医院医政等相关单位的良好沟通。
- 大学本科及以上学历，保险/车辆/法律/医学等相关专业；具有人伤定损与核损工作经验或临床医疗工作经验者优先；
- 具备丰富的保险、医学相关专业知识，熟悉车险业务知识和运作情况和人伤核损业务管理的政策、流程及服务标准；
- 有C1以上驾照并具有熟练驾驶经验；
- 有较强的组织协调及沟通能力，较强的团队意识，高度的责任感，对工作积极严谨，勇于承担压力。
