## Job description
- 正职全面负责支公司日常经营管理各项工作；副职协助正职做好分管的经营管理工作，主要负责拓展客户、发展业务；
- 根据公司经营指导思想制定并实施本机构业务发展计划，完成公司下达的各项经营目标；
- 负责机构外部关系的建立与维护工作，严格遵循当地监管部门的管理要求，依法合规经营，有效管控业务条线各类经营风险。

### 政治素质
- 具备过硬的政治素质和职业素养，原则上为中共党员。

### 年龄
- 原则上不超过40周岁。

### 学历
- 第一学历原则上不得低于大学本科，具备相关教育背景；对于市场核心重点板块的销售人才，学历要求可适当放宽、择优录用。

### 资历能力条件
- 熟悉天津财险市场，具备同业同类岗位经验的经营管理人才。
