## Job description
- 诉讼案件手续办理。负责案件材料的收集、分类、电子归档以及手续材料的办理；
- 情况分析报告撰写。根据案件事实与证据，梳理法律关系，起草初步分析报告；
- 合规提示函起草。结合日常工作中发现的法律问题，拟写合规风险提示或建议函；
- 合同审核。协助进行合同条款的初步审阅、风险点标注及法律依据检索；
- 其他法律事务相关工作。
- 本科及以上学历在读，2027届毕业生优先；
- 工作细致、有责任心，具备基本的保密意识；
- 法律基础扎实，逻辑清晰，文字表达能力较好；
- 每周可保证一定实习天数，能连续实习三个月以上者优先。
