## Job description
- 独立负责辖区法院诉讼/仲裁案件全流程，包括起草文书、整理证据、出庭应诉及调解等。
- 代位追偿案件，深挖财产线索，推进查封、拍卖及强制执行，确保追偿回款。
- 甄别虚假骗赔，提前介入理赔争议案件，梳理败诉风险，从源头降低涉诉隐患。
- 对接外部合作律所，监督办案进度，评估服务品质，审核律师费用。
- 制作诉讼台账，跟踪失信记录；参与疑难案件会商，为一线提供法律培训与指导。 1、本科及以上学历，法学相关专业优先。 2、持有法律职业资格证书（A证）者优先考虑。 3、1-3年以上诉讼实务经验，有保险公司理赔诉讼、律所民商事诉讼或法院审判工作经验者尤佳。 4、熟悉民事诉讼程序及相关法律法规，具备扎实的法律文书写作能力。 5、逻辑清晰，沟通谈判能力强，能独立出庭应诉。 6、具备较强的抗压能力，熟练使用办公软件及诉讼案件管理系统。
