## Job description
- 政企关系维护。建立与政府部门、大型企业等常态化沟通对接机制，及时响应需求，巩固和深化现有合作关系。
- 新客户开拓。开展市场调研和数据分析，挖掘潜在政保、重客项目机会，推动新业务落地。
- 保险服务方案制定。根据客户需求，提供专业的风险保障规划和保险产品组合方案，提升业务综合服务能力。
- 协同推动业务发展。配合公司整体战略部署，加强政企协同联动，推动保险产品和服务深度推广，提升公司品牌影响力。
- 本科及以上学历，金融、保险、经济类专业优先；
- 具备良好沟通能力与服务意识，抗压能力强；
- 有财险对公业务、招投标经验或政企客户资源者优先；
- 品行端正，无行业不良从业记录，认同公司企业文化。
