## Job description
- 负责案件查勘、立案、定损、单证收集、人伤调解、赔案缮制、结案、归档等全流程理赔处理；
- 负责未决案件的清理、客户索赔资料的催收及收集、初审工作；
- 协助开展消费者权益保护工作，处理客户咨询、投诉和纠纷调解；
- 参与理赔数据统计分析，协助落实降赔减损措施；
- 配合开展风险减量管理相关工作；
- 完成部门交办的其他理赔消保相关工作。
- 本科及以上学历应届毕业生。
- 能熟练使用各种办公软件，有较强的文字表达能力。
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。
- 具有保险行业理赔、法务、消保相关岗位实习经验者优先。
