## Job description
- 协助完成支行零售业务各项经营指标目标任务；
- 负责支行零售业务拓展、产品推广、客户营销与经营管理工作；
- 根据分支行要求开展支行零售人员管理、培训与业务合规管理等工作；
- 根据分行合规要求开展展业，积极防范各类风险，确保客户和我行资金安全。
- 具有大学本科及以上学历；
- 具有3年以上零售业务工作经验，熟悉银行零售相关产品，客户资源丰富且有管理经验者优先考虑；
- 具备良好的业务拓展能力和客户服务、能有效处理客户关系，善于协调内外部的关系，有良好的人际关系，具备良好的应急事件处理能力，以及敏锐的风险合规意识
- 具有良好的职业操守，诚信敬业，遵守国家法律、法规和各项金融规章制度，无违法、违规、违纪等不良记录；
- 身体健康，无不良嗜好；
- 符合国寿及我行相关回避制度要求。
