## Job description
- 辅助部门数智化建设，重点应用AI手段提高投研效率，辅助账户投资决策；
- 根据部门要求，配合完成产品营销、路演服务、品牌宣传等工作；
- 完成公司和部门交办的其他工作安排。
- 硕士以上数学、统计、物理、计算机等相关理工科专业背景，有丰富的数据处理经验，熟悉常用数理统计模型。
- 技术能力过硬，具备代码编程能力，有量化研究经验，熟练使用AI大模型，有个人本地部署经验优先;
- 严谨的工作态度，良好的沟通能力，持续学习能力强，合规意识强，抗压能力强；
- 严格遵守各项规章制度，具有强烈的责任感和良好的职业道德。
