## Job description
- 对公司定价和准备金评估、价值评估相关的经济假设参数进行理论研究和量化分析；
- 开展公司长周期资产负债管理相关工作；
- 其他精算分析有关工作。
- 博士研究生学历（学位），具有经济学、金融学、应用数学、统计学等相关专业背景优先；
- 具备扎实的理论基础，逻辑思维能力突出，有重要学术成果发布者优先；
- 具有3年以上金融企业、研究机构从事宏观、策略、固收等领域研究和量化分析工作经历者优先；
- 具有较强中英文口头和书面表达能力，良好的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神。
