## Job description
- 负责宣传国家、省、市医疗保险政策，落实医疗保险规定等，做好宣传引导工作；
- 负责组织有关人员进行基本医疗保险有关政策规定的学习培训；
- 负责监控医疗风险，干预不合理医疗行为，收集、提取参保人员诊疗记录等信息材料，与医保部门和医疗机构沟通反馈巡查重点内容；
- 负责各医保定点医院出入院人数数据汇总、分析工作。将各定点医院的出入院人数按病种、科室、季节变化等情况进行分析，掌握各定点医院住院率和增减变化情况；
- 负责完成公司领导交办的其他工作。
- 全日制大学本科及以上学历，临床医学及相关专业，有在医院一线工作经历优先；
- 熟练使用office办公软件，具备良好的分析判断能力；
- 具备较强的沟通、协调能力和高度的责任感、使命感及团队合作精神；
- 具备良好的职业道德素养和敬业精神，能廉洁自律、坚持原则。
