## Job description

### 工作职责
- 负责协调公司合规工作，完成监管机构的合规要求及日常报告；
- 根据监管机构要求，撰写相关汇报文件及报告；
- 评估公司潜在的合规风险及内部监控的不足，及时提出有效而可行的方案；
- 协助推行公司内部的合规、风险控制政策及规定；
- 审查公司各项经营活动是否符合法律、法规、监管规定以及公司内部各项规定。

### 资格要求
- 大学本科及以上学历应届毕业生。
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。
- 学生干部、社团负责人优先。
- 具有大型企业实习经验者或者具有保险行业实习经验者优先。
