## Job description

### 工作职责
- 负责辖区内受托年金计划相关受托资产管理工作，包括但不限于资产配置、业绩管理、风险管理、管理人的选择及考核、投资经理选择、资金分配等；

### 负责辖区内受托资产配置及大数据研究工作，包括但不限于
- 开展年金受托战略资产配置及战术资产配置研究并提出大类资产配置建议，基于年金受托大数据对投资管理人及投资经理进行研究并提出选择建议；
- 其它受托客户服务及上级交办的工作。

### 资格要求
- 硕士研究生及以上学历应届毕业生。
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。
- 具备扎实的宏观经济分析功底及数量化分析能力。
- 具备年金管理相关知识，了解资本市场各类资产特点及配置策略等，具有证券从业资格证、基金从业资格证、CFA等资格证者优先。
