## Job description
- 负责年金业务受托资产管理属地服务，包括战略和战术资产配置、投资政策制定和调整、业绩追踪与监督、管理人选择和考核、风险管理、沟通汇报等。
- 负责年金业务投资管理属地服务，包括与委托人、代理人和受托人汇报沟通、追踪业绩与考核结果，协助总公司开展投资政策调整、产品配置沟通等。
- 完成相关业务的市场分析、数据收集处理报送、相关材料撰写等工作。
- 负责企业年金信息披露工作。
- 完成公司交办的其它工作。
- 遵纪守法，爱岗敬业，品行端正，无因违纪违法违规行为受处罚情况。
- 硕士研究生以上学历。
- 具备与岗位相匹配的专业知识素养，市场敏感度高，有较强的市场竞争意识和开拓创新精神。
- 具有较强的语言表达和团队协作能力、抗压能力和创新思考能力，具有较强的风险防范意识。
- 能胜任岗位工作，身心健康。
