- 遵守国家法律法规和公司各项管理制度和业务流程，拥有良好的服务意识和职业操守；
- 熟悉查勘和轻微事故定损流程，掌握理赔实务
- 指引客户办理索赔手续 年龄不超过35周岁，本科及以上学历
