## Job description
- 负责受理客户的索赔诉求，收集各种索赔单证。
- 对资料齐全的赔案进行理算，并保证数据的准确性和完整性；核赔通过后进行结案处理及归档；通知财务支付赔款。
- 负责理赔档案的装订、登记、移交。
- 协助未决赔案管理岗定期清理、催收未决赔案，提高理赔时效。
- 上级交办的其他工作。
- 大学本科及以上学历。
- 具有保险公司车物单证理算、核赔等相关经验2年及以上，具有汽修行业相关工作经历优先。
- 有较好的沟通能力、谈判能力、表达能力及团队意识，责任心强，积极上进，有良好的职业操守。
- 熟练应用办公软件。
- 有C1驾照。
- 无违法违纪记录、不良职业记录、未清偿不良债务、个人失信记录等。
