## Job description
- 对机构超权限的农险赔案进行审核，对超出自己权限的赔案及时提出初核意见并上报上级核赔，确保赔付的准确性；
- 参与农险重大赔案的过程处理；
- 对事故保险责任作最终确认，对前期理赔工作总体把关和检验；
- 审核理赔材料和赔款计算书的完整性、准确性；
- 参与确定诉讼、疑难案件的材料准备；
- 对农险赔款、垫付款、预付款等理赔支出款项进行审核；
- 领导交代的其他工作。

### 学历要求

本科及以上学历； 专业要求：农林牧渔或保险、金融等相关专业； 经验要求：有两年以上农险承保或理赔相关工作经验； 年龄要求：28岁-45岁
