## Job description
- 负责辖区内受托年金计划相关受托资产管理工作，包括但不限于资产配置、业绩管理、风险管理、管理人的选择及考核、投资经理选择、资金分配等；

### 负责辖区内受托资产配置及大数据研究工作，包括但不限于
- 开展年金受托战略资产配置及战术资产配置研究并提出大类资产配置建议，基于年金受托大数据对投资管理人及投资经理进行研究并提出选择建议；
- 支持辖区内分支机构开展受托资产管理及客户服务工作。
- 诚实守信，具有良好的职业操守和团队协作精神，愿意与团队分享，具有快速的自我学习能力。
- 重点高校经济、金融、统计等相关专业硕士及以上学历；
- 具有2年及以上从事年金资产管理相关工作经验及客户服务经验为佳；熟悉资本市场各类资产特点及策略、年金相关知识及年金资产管理工作内容。
- 扎实的宏观经济分析功底及数量化分析能力，熟悉运用 Excel 处理数据，掌握 Python 等计算机语言优先；有良好的文字表达和沟通协调能力。
- 沟通能力强，具备良好的抗压能力和高度的责任心。
