## Job description
- 根据公司整体投资策略，制定和实施固定收益类理财产品或相关投资组合的投资策略及投资计划；
- 负责所管理产品的整体投资策略制定，在既定的投资策略下，对所负责组合进行资产配置、组合管理及流动性管理等工作，并对组合业绩负责；
- 把控产品资产端的信用风险和流动性风险，研究各项政策，确保组合投资符合内外部规定；
- 牵头组织开展固定收益策略研究，开展行业及信用研究、多策略研究；
- 参加销售路演，配合完成销售工作，参与产品创设，配合产品部门完成产品设计、测试和维护。
- 遵守国家法律法规、银行业从业人员准则及公司各项规章制度，职业操守良好，品行端正；
- 硕士研究生学历，优秀的可以适当放宽；
- 具备3年以上固定收益投资专业工作经验，具备良好的宏观经济、金融市场以及债券市场的分析、把握能力；对债券市场具有较高的敏感性；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队协作意识和风险控制能力；
- 工作积极主动，爱岗敬业，团结协作，主动作为，勇于担当；
- 符合公司招聘管理、履职回避等相关规定；
- 持CFA/FRM/CPA等专业资格证书者优先。
