## Job description

### 工作职责
- 负责保险理赔相关诉讼、仲裁案件的全流程管理；
- 对接法院、客户及公司合规、理赔等部门，协调推进案件处理；
- 协助处理理赔纠纷案件等工作；
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。

### 资格要求
- 全日制大学本科及以上学历。
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。
- 熟练使用常用办公软件，了解《保险法》、《民法典》等基础法律法规，具备基本法律逻辑思维。
