## Job description
- 负责开拓我行各类零售信贷业务。
- 建立和维护客户关系，拓展优质客户。
- 完成零售业务业绩指标，并协助有关部门做好贷后管理和风险监测。
- 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
- 具有国家认证的大学本科及以上学历。
- 具备2年及以上银行零售业务工作经验，具有较强的客户营销能力和市场开拓能力，业绩良好。
- 熟悉银行金融法律、法规和银行监管制度，具有较强的合规意识和零售信贷风险识别能力。
- 具有良好的团队合作精神，良好的沟通、语言表达能力。
- 遵纪守法，诚实守信，廉洁自律，职业操守良好，品行端正，无不良记录。
- 符合中国人寿和本行履职回避规定。
