## Job description

负责公司消费者权益保护、客户投诉相关管理，支持总、分公司综合服务类项目策划组织实施，支持分公司客户服务培训体系建设以及客服日常性组织管理工作。
- 本科及以上学历；
- 汽车类、经济学、金融、保险、市场营销、工商管理、财务会计、管理学、法学等专业。
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。
- 学生干部、社团负责人优先。
- 具有大型企业实习经验者，具有保险行业实习经验者优先。
