## Job description

1、负责接收争议案件、客户起诉案件、拒赔纠纷、人伤大额诉讼；核查定损材料、事故证据、保险条款，区分可调解、需应诉、可拒赔案件，出具专业处理意见，超权限案件上报审批 ；2、诉前调解，开展庭前协商、人民调解，和原告、伤者、第三方协商赔付方案；3、梳理事故认定书、定损单、维修发票、索赔权转让书、投保单、告知记录、人伤材料等全套证据；4、自主出庭应诉，或对接外部合作律所，全程把控庭审抗辩要点；跟踪一审、二审、再审流程，签收法院传票、判决书、裁定书，及时上报判决结果；对不合理判决评估上诉必要性并启动上诉流程；5、追偿案件筛选立案事故中第三方全责/主责、公司先行赔付后，收集《索赔权转让书》、赔款支付凭证、损失材料，确认符合代位追偿条件，系统登记追偿案件，建立追偿台账。6、回款核销与账务管理 收到追偿回款后对接财务完成冲减赔款、账务核销；对长期无法收回的呆坏账，按公司制度提交追偿核销审批材料。7、追偿指标管控 按月统计追偿件数、追偿到位率、追偿金额，分析未回款原因，制定专项清收方案，推动追偿考核指标达成，直接压降综合赔付率、减少未决准备金提转差。

1、本科及以上学历；2、法学、保险、金融、医学相关专业；3、通过司法考试资格人员优先。
