## Job description

### 工作职责
- 落实营销员管理各项政策制度，分析追踪直接销售成本；
- 组织实施营销员签约解约管理，配合开展佣金计发及考核管理，督导制度经营关键动作落实。
- 其他营销管理类及上级交办的临时性工作。

### 资格要求
- 大学本科及以上学历应届毕业生。
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。
- 学生干部、社团负责人优先。
- 具有大型企业实习经验者或者具有保险行业实习经验者优先。
