## Job description
- 根据公募基金经理/专户投资经理职责与合同要求，开展公募基金/专户产品的投资管理工作；
- 根据部门要求，配合市场部门完成客户营销、路演服务、品牌宣传等工作；
- 完成公司和部门交办的其他工作安排。
- 从事固收或“固收+”投研相关工作累计五年以上，有公募基金产品两年以上历史投资业绩，业绩全市场同类产品排名前1/2；
- 具有完整的投研框架，严谨的工作态度，良好的沟通能力，合规意识强，抗压能力强；
- 严格遵守各项规章制度，具有强烈的责任感和良好的职业道德。
