## Job description
- 负责（全险种）审核诉讼（仲裁）案件的应诉、上诉、调解等法律方案；
- 跟踪监督机构保险业务类诉讼（仲裁）案件处理；
- 负责参与机构理赔各环节涉及追偿案件的评审、审核、指导和监督工作；
- 负责对追偿立案及追偿方案进行审核，管理追偿指标达成情况。
- 大学本科及以上学历。
- 具有保险公司理赔诉讼、追偿相关工作经验3年及以上，或具备保险理赔类诉讼案件代理工作经验、律所工作背景等。
- 通过司法考试资格人员优先。
- 无因违法违规遭受监管部门或就职公司处罚的情况。
- 熟练掌握office等常用办公软件。
