## Job description

### 资源背景
- 依托自有政企、工贸、建筑等存量客户资源，盘活人脉渠道，转化落地非车险保单，维系老客续保与深度合作。

### 重点项目拓展
- 主攻建工险、企财险、责任险等主力险种，对接招投标项目，测算风险报价、制作承保方案，全流程跟进项目落地。

### 新领域开拓
- 挖掘新业态、新兴行业客户，探索安全生产责任险、产品责任险等小众险种，搭建全新合作渠道，收集市场同业动态，达成部门保费目标。
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上保险公司工作经验。
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。
- 职业履历稳定性较好，人事档案、劳动关系清楚，无潜在法律合规风险。
- 不存在影响招录的其他情况。
