## Job description
- 驻点寿险公司职场，确定渠道业务发展目标任务，协助财险经营策划、组织与落实。
- 对公司业务进行跟踪、分析并撰写分析报告。
- 对寿险销售人员进行财险专业知识培训及业务辅导，及时传达、宣导公司承保政策和服务流程；为寿险销售人员提供客户服务、重点客户陪访和售后理赔等服务工作。
- 定期与寿险职场营销主管进行沟通协调，收集职场主管及营销员对财险方面的意见和建议，及时向公司反馈。
- 完成领导交办的其他任务。
- 具备大学本科学历。
- 优先考虑具有2年及以上保险同业（或销售岗位）工作经验。
- 熟悉电脑Word、Excel等办公软件，可对数据进行分析。
- 性格外向健谈，善于与人沟通，服务态度好，抗压能力强，具备高效工作效率和较强执行力；有团队合作精神并具有一定的组织管理能力。
- 工作认真负责，具有较强的逻辑思维能力及分析判断力。
- 无违法违纪记录、不良职业记录、未清偿不良债务、个人失信记录等。
