## Job description

### 工作职责
- 制定方案企划，推动销售产品策略组织实施，提升销售组织运作能力；
- 夯实基层单位管理基础，推进规范化管理流程，提升专业化经营水平；
- 研究细化产品销售策略，推广销售支持工具并反馈优化，组织产品训练，实施精英队伍激励管理。

### 资格要求
- 大学本科及以上学历应届毕业生。
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。
- 学生干部、社团负责人优先。
- 具有大型企业实习经验者或者具有保险行业实习经验者优先。
