## Job description
- 负责地区商业养老金业务代销渠道维护，进行渠道资源开发、定期拜访、销售活动等工作，推动业务目标达成；
- 负责集团系统内机构、银行、经纪公司等销售渠道网点的日常联系沟通，开展商业养老金业务培训宣导、销售支持等工作，夯实渠道及客户基础；
- 负责团体养老保障业务的开发及维护；
- 完成市场分析、数据统计、材料撰写等工作；
- 完成上级主管交办的其它工作。
- 经济、金融相关专业，研究生及以上学历。
- 具有银行、基金、养老保险等金融行业3年以上个人金融业务相关工作经历，熟悉商业养老金政策法规、业务流程，熟悉金融投资相关知识。
- 具备良好的沟通表达、组织协调和抗压能力，有责任心、进取心，有良好的服务意识、团队协作意识和职业素养，无不良记录与嗜好。
- 乐于投身第三支柱养老行业，致力于推动养老金融事业发展。
- 熟练使用office办公软件，有较强的PPT制作、Excel表格编辑能力。
