## Job description
- 负责中高端客户的拓展与维护，为客户提供专业化服务，不断提高客户满意度和忠诚度。
- 为客户提供理财规划及资产配置方案，提高客户持有产品的数量，不断增强客户粘性。
- 及时了解外部市场环境变化，提高市场洞察力，准确判断市场趋势和风险，为客户投资决策提供科学依据。
- 以综合化经营为导向，积极挖掘客户多样化的金融需求，不断提升自身综合服务能力。
- 负责完成分行下达的各项业绩指标及上级领导交办的其他工作。
- 遵守国家法律法规、银行从业人员准则及本行各项规章制度，职业操守良好，品行端正。
- 具有基金从业资格证，持有证券、保险、AFP/CFP等资格证书者优先。
- 具备良好的业务拓展能力和客户服务和团队协作能力，具有责任感和目标感。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，职业操守良好，品行端正。
- 符合中国人寿和广发银行亲属回避制度的相关规定。
- 具备2年及以上相关岗位工作经验。
