## Job description
- 负责年金业务和商养业务的销售策划、渠道搭建、业务拓展，业务维护、销售支持，开展资产管理、业务培训、方案设计、标书制作、述标谈判、合同管理等。
- 负责就年金业务或商养业务与合作渠道、客户进行沟通汇报、及时了解并解决客户需求，维护良好的合作关系，开展综合金融相关工作。
- 完成相关业务的市场分析、数据收集处理报送、相关材料撰写等工作。
- 完成公司交办的其它工作。
- 遵纪守法，爱岗敬业，品行端正，无因违纪违法违规行为受处罚情况。
- 硕士研究生以上学历。
- 具备与岗位相匹配的专业知识素养，市场敏感度高，有较强的市场竞争意识和开拓创新精神。
- 具有较强的语言表达和团队协作能力、抗压能力和创新思考能力，具有较强的风险防范意识。
- 能胜任岗位工作，身心健康。
