### 工作职责

负责所在城区支公司销售人力发展、销售人员管理、市场拓展、销售支持、绩效管理等相关工作。
- 大学本科及以上学历应届毕业生；
- 对保险行业及销售管理有较强的兴趣，具备强烈的责任心和良好的职业操守；
- 领导能力、抗压能力和沟通能力突出者优先；
- 具有大型企业实习经验者或保险行业实习经验者优先。
