## Job description
- 开拓优质同业客户，建立、维护和发展客户关系；
- 根据本行同业业务政策和计划目标，完成同业产品营销推动和业务操作；
- 分析同业客户金融需求，制定和落实综合金融方案，推动业务深度合作；
- 推动完成各项业绩指标，包括同业负债、同业营收等。
- 认真贯彻执行党的路线、方针、政策，遵守国家法律法规、行业监管规定、银行从业人员基本准则及本行各项规章制度，职业操守良好，品行端正；
- 具有国家认证的本科及以上学历，金融、经济、市场营销等相关专业优先；
- 具有2年（含）以上同业业务或其他对公业务营销工作经验；
- 熟悉相关金融法律法规和同业业务产品及流程，具有较为丰富的同业客户资源、较强的市场拓展能力及敏锐的风险防控意识；
- 符合中国人寿系统及广发银行亲属回避相关制度规定。
