## Job description

“展翼计划”项目成员作为中国人寿保险股份有限公司为大中城市崛起重点培养的销售管理专业人才，将通过参加总公司牵头组织的两年专项人才培养计划，快速成长成为中国人寿大中城市振兴发展的重要支撑力量。 本岗位工作地点在胶州市支公司。

### 工作职责

负责所在支公司销售人力发展、销售人员管理、市场拓展、销售支持、绩效管理等相关工作。
- 大学本科及以上学历应届毕业生。
- 对保险行业及销售管理有较强的兴趣，具备强烈的责任心和良好的职业操守，能熟练运用excel、ppt等办公软件。
- 领导能力、抗压能力和沟通能力突出者优先。
- 学生干部、社团负责人优先。
- 具有大型企业实习经验者或保险行业实习经验者优先。
- 认同基层建设导向、愿意立足属地岗位长期稳定发展优先；
