## Job description
- 判断人伤损失的责任风险及合理性。完成实地查勘的标准动作，撰写理赔报告，并对案件损失进行系统预估录入；
- 指导客户正确理赔程序，解答客户提出的与事故相关的问题，为客户提供专业的服务；
- 跟进理赔案件，并在时效内完成结案；
- 上级领导安排的其它工作。
- 大学本科及以上学历，药学/医学类及其他相关专业；
- 具备良好沟通协调和谈判能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守；
- 熟悉基础医疗知识，能承受一定工作压力。
