## Job description
- 负责实施客户分级服务，处理客户投诉、纠纷调解，开展各类投资者权益保护工作；
- 负责开展各类投资者教育活动；
- 开展客户运营业务培训，进行各类客户运营系统建设；
- 完成公司和部门交办的其他工作安排。
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，经济金融、市场营销、心理学等相关专业；
- 了解公募行业，对公募行业金融产品比较熟悉，有相关专业知识；
- 具有强烈的责任心和主动工作态度、敏锐的洞察力与分析能力，同时具有良好沟通能力和优异的团队协作能力；
- 沟通及共情能力强，责任心强，抗压能力及学习能力强。
