## Job description

（1）面向医保等政府部门对接大病、长护、受托经办等政策性健康险业务，从事临床医学规则支撑、医学审核、医保控费、医保飞检、医疗机构协同等工作； （2）基于临床医学诊疗规范、医保目录、DRG/DIP付费规则，完成公司健康险医疗审核规则、病案评审要点制定； （3）对诊疗行为、药品耗材、检查项目的合理性提供医学专业判断；处理疑难医疗争议案件、医疗机构申诉复核工作； （4）推广医保科技应用、开展医保控费、医保飞检、内外医学专家库建设。
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守；
- 具有医学、医院、医保、政策性健康险工作经验者优先。
