## Job description

### 负责车行渠道的保险业务推动与维护
- 驻点合作汽车经销商，开展新车保险销售、续保业务及转介绍客户拓展，完成年度保费及客户增长目标。

### 提供专业保险咨询与售后服务支持
- 为车行客户提供车险方案定制、报价、出单及理赔指引，协助处理续保、批改、理赔协调等全流程服务。

### 维护与车行的合作关系并拓展新渠道
- 定期与车行管理层、销售及售后团队沟通，策划联合营销活动，挖掘合作潜力，同时协助开发新的合作经销商资源。

### 开展车行人员培训与销售支持
- 组织车行销售团队保险知识、产品及系统操作培训，协助制定销售话术，提升车行一线人员的保险销售转化能力。

### 收集市场信息并反馈业务动态
- 调研车行渠道竞争动态、客户需求及行业趋势，定期提交业务报告，为产品优化及渠道策略提供数据支持。 1、本科及以上学历 2、年龄在35周岁以下
