## Job description
- 负责车险事故现场查勘、调查、取证工作。
- 负责核定车辆损失，确定损失金额；
- 负责小额人伤案件现场调解并收集人伤案件相关理赔资料；
- 负责所处理案件后续跟踪结案，解答客户理赔过程中各种疑问。
- 全日制本科及以上学历；
- 掌握保险理论、车险保险产品条款、查勘处理实务、车辆定损、道路交通安全法及相关法律法规知识、熟悉使用电脑操作，掌握汽车构造理论、维修知识；
- 有较强的沟通能力与逻辑思维能力，高度的责任感、职业道德与服务意识，对工作积极严谨，吃苦耐劳；

### 工作地点
- 揭阳市区、揭东、普宁、揭西、惠来（需接受轮岗）。
