## Job description

为公司人力资源及综合行政工作岗储备专业人才，从事办公室人事行政管理工作，负责撰写各类人事及行政相关工作报告等。
- 本科及以上学历毕业生。
- 具有人力资源管理、行政工作管理经验者优先。
- 积极主动，喜欢挑战，具备较好的学习能力、沟通能力、综合分析能力、需求洞察能力，良好的团队合作精神，扎实的写作功底，较强的责任心。
- 持有专业资格证书，在校期间获得奖学金、三好学生、优秀毕业生及其他相关荣誉称号者优先。
- 品行端正，身体健康，无不良嗜好。
- 热爱金融事业，认同中国人寿及广发银行核心价值观和文化理念，能够与公司长期共同成长和发展。
- 符合中国人寿集团和广发银行亲属回避要求。
