## Job description
- 审查公司规章制度、业务流程及对外合同，确保符合法律法规及监管要求。
- 开展内控自评与风险监测，识别潜在隐患，督导相关部门落实整改。
- 对接内外部审计与监管检查，协调提供资料并跟进问题整改闭环。
- 组织合规培训与警示教育，提供合规咨询，推动全员合规文化建设。
- 负责反洗钱日常监测与报告，统筹案件风险防控及违规问责调查。
- 具备2年及以上相关工作经验。
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、法律、会计、审计等相关专业优先。
- 熟悉保险行业法律法规及监管要求，具备扎实的合规风控专业知识。
- 具备良好的逻辑分析能力、文字表达能力和沟通协调能力，工作严谨细致。
- 熟练使用办公软件，具备较强的抗压能力和团队协作精神。
