## Job description
- 负责互联网渠道业务的销售管理与业务拓展，制定并落实销售计划，推动线上出单及销售目标达成。
- 统筹互联网业务全流程管理（需求对接、方案落地、售后跟踪），确保合作平稳推进。
- 统计分析互联网业务销售数据，定期输出销售台账与分析报告，支撑业务拓展。
- 跟进线上活动策划与执行，提升客户活跃度与转化率。
- 快速处理线上客户咨询与投诉，优化服务体验；完成领导交办的其他事项。
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限；年龄不超过35岁，特别优秀可放宽至40岁。
- 熟悉互联网保险业务、线上流量运营及渠道管理。
- 具备较强的数据敏感度与销售管理能力，能独立开展互联网业务分析与销售追踪。
- 责任心强，善于跨团队协作。
