## Job description
- 负责零售信贷渠道和客户拓展工作。
- 受理客户授信申请，收集整理客户及业务资料；负责客户的资信调查和贷前调查工作，确保资料的真实性、完整性、准确性和及时性。
- 负责零售信贷业务贷中管理，落实批复要求的出款条件，主动防范和化解可能产生的各类风险。
- 负责零售信贷客户的贷后服务，做好存量客户维护与资产业务经营。
- 负责完成分行下达的各项任务及上级领导交办的其他工作。
- 遵守国家法律法规、银行从业人员准则及本行各项规章制度，职业操守良好，品行端正。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力、客户服务意识、业务拓展能力及较强的团队协作意识。
- 具备良好的合规意识与信贷风险识别能力。
- 符合集团公司及我行履职回避的相关规定。
- 具备2年及以上相关岗位工作经验。
- 本科及以上学历。
