## Job description
- 负责数字渠道业务的销售管理与业务拓展，制定并落实线上业务销售计划，推动销售目标达成。
- 统筹线上业务全流程管理（客户对接、方案落地、出单跟踪），确保业务合规平稳推进。
- 统计分析线上业务销售数据，输出渠道销售台账与分析报告，为经营决策提供数据支持。
- 协同推进线上活动策划与执行，提升客户活跃度与转化率。
- 快速处理线上客户咨询与投诉，优化服务体验；完成领导交办的其他事项。
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限；年龄不超过35岁，特别优秀可放宽至40岁。
- 熟悉线上业务运营、流量转化及数字化销售管理工具。
- 具备较强的数据敏感度与分析能力，能独立开展线上业务管理与销售追踪。
- 具备良好的组织协调与跨团队协作能力，责任心强，能推动线上业务销售目标达成。
