## Job description
- 负责企业年金或商业养老金产品销售策划、市场推广，开展培训宣导、销售支持、专业服务等工作，夯实客户基础；
- 负责就企业年金或商业养老金业务与客户日常沟通联系，维护良好的合作关系。
- 完成相关业务的市场分析、数据统计、材料撰写等工作；
- 完成上级主管交办的其它工作。
- 遵纪守法，爱岗敬业，品行端正，无因违纪违法违规行为受处罚情况。
- 原则上要求研究生以上学历，特别优秀且有专业工作经验者可放宽至大学本科以上学历。
- 具备从事金融相关工作3年及以上。
- 具备与岗位相匹配的专业知识素养，市场敏感度高，有较强的市场竞争意识和开拓创新精神，业绩突出。
- 具有较强的组织领导和沟通协调能力、抗压能力和创新思考能力，具有较强的风险防范意识。
- 能胜任岗位工作，身心健康。
- 有企业年金、职业年金或商业养老金相关销售服务工作经验者优先。
