## Job description
- 制定方案企划，推动销售产品策略组织实施，提升销售组织运作能力；
- 研发推广人力发展技术体系，制定队伍建设方案及配套资源，销售队伍招募、育成、晋升全流程管理与支撑；
- 推动制度执行管控和制度经营，激发队伍发展内生动力，提升执行效率；
- 夯实基层单位管理基础，推进规范化管理流程，提升专业化经营水平。
- 大学本科及以上学历应届毕业生。
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。
- 具有大型企业实习经验者或者具有保险行业实习经验者优先。
