## Job description

1· 独立负责个人/团体意外险、旅游意外险等高复杂度案件的核保审核、风险对价与承保决策。 2· 落地意外险核保政策、核保手册及操作指引，持续监控业务品质与赔付率指标。 3.负责现有生物医药专项风险评估模型的常态化维护、监控与定期校准，确保模型持续精准有效。 4·快速响应新经济、新业态的业务需求（如自动驾驶、机器人责任等），负责“从0到1”的风险量化与模型搭建。 5· 建设通用的创新风险建模框架，能对陌生行业进行快速风险画像、经验分析和定价方案输出，形成可复用的模型资产。 6.完成部门交办的其他业务管理相关工作。
- 硕士研究生及以上学历。
- 保险、金融、经济、精算等相关专业优先。
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。
- 具有较强的学习能力、抗压能力和团队合作精神。
