## Job description
- 负责企业年金受托计划、投管组合的全流程管理，包括客户需求响应、管理人沟通、投资监督等工作；
- 负责企业年金客户拓展和维护过程中的专业材料支持工作，包括受托汇报、投资汇报、投标方案等；
- 负责市场信息的收集与分析，做好跨部门沟通协调工作；
- 完成部门领导交办的其它工作。
- 经济、金融相关专业，硕士研究生及以上学历；
- 具有养老保险、基金证券等金融行业相关工作经历，熟悉企业年金政策法规、业务流程，熟悉金融投资相关知识；
- 具有年金大项目管理经验者优先；
- 具备良好的沟通表达、组织协调和抗压能力，有较强的责任心、进取心及良好的职业操守；
- 熟练使用office办公软件，有较强的PPT制作、Excel表格编辑能力。
